What Is The Royal Court?

The Walker Academy Royal Court is a leadership and character development initiative within Walker Academy Youth Ministry designed to cultivate excellence, confidence, discipline, and purpose in youth and young adults. The Royal Court represents honor, responsibility, and leadership rooted in faith.

Members of the Royal Court are challenged to carry themselves with integrity, respect, and accountability—both within the ministry and in their everyday lives.

 

 

Purpose of the Royal Court

The purpose of The Walker Academy Royal Court is to:

  • Develop youth leaders with strong character and moral values

  • Promote excellence in behavior, attitude, and service

  • Encourage confidence, discipline, and responsibility

  • Create positive role models for peers and the community

  • Reinforce faith-based leadership principles

 

 

Who the Royal Court Serves

The Royal Court is open to:

  • Middle School students

  • High School students

Participation may be by nomination, application, or leadership selection based on commitment, conduct, and readiness to lead.

 

 

Core Principles of the Royal Court

Members of The Walker Academy Royal Court are expected to uphold the following principles:

What Royal Court Members Do

Royal Court members may:

  • Serve as youth leaders and peer mentors

  • Assist during youth ministry services and events

  • Participate in leadership training and workshops

  • Support community service and outreach efforts

  • Represent Walker Academy Youth Ministry with excellence

 

 

Expectations & Commitment

Royal Court members are expected to:

  • Maintain respectful behavior and a positive attitude

  • Follow all ministry guidelines and the Code of Conduct

  • Participate consistently in ministry activities

  • Demonstrate growth in leadership, faith, and responsibility
