I am Minister DaleNeka Walker — an educator, passionate speaker, mentor, visionary leader, entrepreneur, community and youth advocate committed to empowering individuals through faith, leadership, education, and personal development.

When I created Walker Academy Career Institute & Youth Ministry, it came from a place of passion, purpose, and seeing a real need within our communities.

I saw so many young people with talent, creativity, leadership potential, and gifts, but they lacked guidance, opportunity, mentorship, and support. Many were struggling with low self-confidence, negative environments, lack of direction, peer pressure, and limited access to career opportunities or positive leadership development.

I realized that many youth were not failing because they lacked ability — they simply lacked exposure, encouragement, resources, and someone willing to invest in them.

That inspired me to create Walker Academy.

My vision was to build more than just a program. I wanted to create a safe and empowering environment where young people and adults could discover purpose, develop professional skills, grow spiritually, and prepare for successful futures.

Walker Academy was founded on the belief that education should go beyond textbooks. I believe we must develop the whole person — mentally, professionally, emotionally, spiritually, and personally.
