YOUTH LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
Developing Leaders. Inspiring Purpose. Transforming Generations.
At The Walker Academy Youth Leadership Institute, we believe leadership is not defined by age, title, or position. Leadership begins with character, personal responsibility, integrity, confidence, and a willingness to serve others.
Our Youth Leadership Institute is a faith-centered youth development program designed to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, mentorship, and real-world experiences necessary to become responsible, confident, and purpose-driven leaders.
Through engaging weekend programs, leadership workshops, positive mentorship, entrepreneurship, career exploration, and community service opportunities, students are encouraged to discover their strengths, develop their voices, and recognize their ability to positively influence the world around them.
Our goal is not simply to teach young people about leadership. It is to provide opportunities for them to practice leadership in everyday life.
